Let's start at the north end of the G olden Gate Bridge, check out the Presidio (lots to see here, with cemeter ies & visitor center), and head towards the Wharf area (don't worry---no P ier 39!!). We can enjoy ice-cream and other refreshments in western Wharf area before heading back to the bridge along the north edge of town.
